Checking a client's AI visibility score means opening the Jeevan AI dashboard, logging in, selecting the brand, and navigating to the scan you care about. If you manage five clients and want a quick status on each before a morning call, that is five separate context switches before 9 AM.
We shipped a fix for this. Jeevan AI now has a native Claude connector. Once connected, you can ask your own Claude about any brand on your account and get real data back, without opening the dashboard at all.
What it actually does
The connector gives your Claude read-only access to your Jeevan AI account data. It cannot start scans, generate content, or spend any of your scan credits. It surfaces what already exists from scans you have run.
Specifically, you can ask it about:
Visibility scores and trends
Latest score for any brand on your account, plus how that score has moved across recent scan runs.
Competitor citations
Which competitors are being named by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity instead of your brand, broken down by platform.
Open content gaps
The current list of gap topics where AI systems favor a competitor, with buying factor context.
Mentions and scan history
Recent social and news mentions with sentiment, plus a full list of past scans and their dates.
Knowledge Base content
Search what you have already added to the brand's Knowledge Base, useful for avoiding duplicate content creation.
What the conversations look like
These are illustrative examples of how the connector responds. Not real customer data.
That puts them in the bottom third of their category. The biggest drag is on the "pricing transparency" and "integration depth" buying factors, where they score 18 and 22 respectively against a category average near 50.
- Sep 14, 2026: 42
- Aug 31, 2026: 38
- Aug 17, 2026: 35
Score is moving up, +7 points over six weeks. The improvement is concentrated in "security posture" and "support responsiveness."
- Detailed breakdown of pricing tiers with per-seat vs flat-rate comparison
- Native integration list with CRMs, covering Salesforce and HubSpot specifically
- Security certification page referencing SOC 2 Type II status
Want me to list the Moderate and Low ones too?
- Pricing FAQ (added Aug 10) covers starter vs growth tiers but has no per-seat breakdown
- Sales deck excerpt (added Jul 3) mentions pricing range but is marked as outdated
Neither addresses the specific comparison format that the content gap calls for. The existing content would need a dedicated pricing breakdown page to close it.
Who gets the most out of this
The connector is most immediately useful for agencies running Jeevan AI on behalf of multiple brands. If your day involves checking in on five or ten clients, the friction of opening a separate dashboard for each one is real. Being able to ask Claude mid-conversation, while you are already there for content work or reporting, cuts that friction significantly.
In-house teams and solo founders who use Claude regularly for writing and research also benefit. Your brand context is one question away instead of requiring a tab switch mid-flow.
If you primarily work in the dashboard and are not already living in Claude for other tasks, the connector is useful but less transformative. The dashboard still gives you the full chart view and historical graphs in one place.
How to connect
- Open the Jeevan AI dashboard. Go to Settings (the sidebar icon that looks like a gear or the Settings link in your account menu).
- Find Connect Claude. Look for the "Integrations" or "Connections" section. You will see a "Connect Claude" option. Click it.
- Approve access in Claude's consent screen. Claude will show a read-only permission request from Jeevan AI. Approve it. This is Claude's own login flow, not a copied API key.
- Start asking. Open Claude Desktop or claude.ai and ask about any brand on your account. No further setup needed.
Setup takes about two minutes. The one-time approval step goes through Claude's own consent screen, so Jeevan AI never handles your Claude credentials directly.
What it cannot do
The connector is read-only. It will not start a new scan, generate content suggestions, change any account settings, or do anything that costs scan credits. If you ask it to "run a scan" or "create a gap brief," it will tell you it cannot take that action and point you to the dashboard.
It also currently works only with Claude, not with other AI assistants. If that changes, we will update this.
Frequently asked questions
What can I ask Claude about my brand after connecting Jeevan AI?
You can ask about your latest AI visibility score, score trends across recent scans, which competitors are being cited instead of your brand, open content gaps, recent mentions with sentiment, and what is in your Knowledge Base. The connector covers all brands on your account.
Does the connector work with both Claude Desktop and claude.ai?
Yes. After the one-time connect and approve step, it works in both Claude Desktop (Mac and Windows) and claude.ai. You do not need to connect separately for each surface.
Can it start scans or change anything on my account?
No. The connector is strictly read-only. It surfaces data from scans you have already run and cannot take any action on your account, spend credits, or change settings.
Who is this most useful for?
Agencies managing multiple client brands get the most immediate value. Instead of switching to a separate dashboard tab for each check-in, they can ask directly inside Claude while already working there. Solo founders and in-house teams who use Claude daily for content work also benefit from having brand context one question away.
